實驗室專注核糖體的逆向工程,並探索核酸分子在生物所扮演的功能與角色。我們專注於各類核酸分子的研究,及核酸分子與金屬之間的關係。另外,我們使用類病毒粒子包裝各種大小不同的核酸分子,作為癌症免疫療法的應用。實驗室所用的技巧包括,生物資訊學、生物物理化學、合成生物化學、構造生物學、分子生物學、細胞生物學、和大分子結晶學。
